Cornerstone Healthcare is looking for a passionate Healthcare Assistant to join our award-winning team at Kitnocks House. We provide care to 63 residents across four specialised units, supporting those with varying complex care. Our person-centred approach focuses on each individual’s unique challenges, not just their diagnosis. We're proud to be rated GOOD by the CQC. What hours will you work?

One of the perks of working with us is a predictable rota that gives you regular time off to recharge:

  • Week A: 3 shifts
  • Week B: 4 shifts

Day shifts: 07:30 to 20:00
Night shifts: 19:30 to 08:00
That’s an average of 40.25 hours per week, with every other weekend off to enjoy life outside of work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • As part of our care team, you’ll play a huge role in helping residents feel valued, comfortable and as independent as possible.
  • Support all aspects of daily living including personal care, mealtimes, and social activities
  • Promote independence, choice, and dignity in every interaction
  • Observe and report on changes in residents’ health and well-being
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure exceptional, person-centred care
  • Communicate openly and respectfully with colleagues, residents, and their loved ones
  • Always promoting choice, dignity and privacy
