This isn't a blue-sky strategy role, it's about rolling up your sleeves, delivering campaigns, coordinating moving parts, and bringing the ManiLife brand to life across every touchpoint.

We're looking for an organised, proactive and creative Assistant Brand Manager to support the day-to-day execution of our marketing activity. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing and wider team to deliver campaigns, content and activations smoothly and on time. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility - focused on implementation, coordination and delivery.
What you'll do:
- Social & Community
- Plan and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Coordinate with our content agency to brief, review and publish content
- Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, UGC)
- Support influencer gifting and partnerships (outreach, sending product, tracking activity)
- Email Marketing
- Build and schedule newsletters in Klaviyo
- Coordinate assets and copy to support campaign launches
- Events & Sampling
- Organise logistics for brand events and sampling activity (stock, staffing, transport, collateral)
- Coordinate with partners, retailers and event organisers
- Ensure everything arrives where it needs to be
- Marketing Operations & Admin
- Create presentations and simple design assets (Canva)
- Coordinate with agencies and freelancers
- Organise product send-outs and shoot logistics
This role is for you if you:
- Love organising, coordinating and delivering projects
- Take pride in detail and follow-through
- Enjoy working across multiple workstreams at once
- Are proactive - you spot what needs doing and get on with it
- Have 1+ years of marketing experience (FMCG or food & drink a bonus)
- Are hands-on, practical and happy getting stuck in
Salary: £35,000
Logistics: Hybrid - London office 2 days a week, rest WFH
