We are looking for an experienced, reliable **Head Waiter** to run our front-of-house operations three days a week. You will be working independently, taking full ownership of the dining room floor from open to close..
Key Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the restaurant (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Setting up prep, tables, and front-of-house before service.
- Greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and managing payments.
- Maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness throughout the shift.
Details
- Hours: 20–22 hours per week.
- Schedule: Friday through Sunday.
- Status: Working alone on floor / Independent role.
- Start Date: Immediate.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food and beverage service or floor management.
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage a shift independently.
- Trustworthy with opening/closing responsibilities and keyholder duties.
- Friendly, guest-focused attitude
