The Senior Project Manager role is vital in supporting our clients in delivering against their strategic objectives and helping meet the needs of their customers and supporters.
Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in London or Bristol

This role is focused on delivering delegated projects within our client portfolio of digital projects, support programs and partnership frameworks. You’ll play a key role in ensuring we provide successful, impactful project work for our clients within the digital experience and transformation realms.
Working closely with a dedicated team of client services, strategists, designers and developers, the role is responsible for project management excellence throughout the entire project lifecycle. In return, the role works with various exciting clients within the charity, healthcare, higher education, and culture sectors.
The Senior Project Manager uses skills, knowledge, and experience to manage projects of greater complexity and challenge. It will also use the passion for craft and knowledge of different delivery methodologies to help set and maintain delivery standards across our division, mentor junior team members, and share your knowledge with our clients.
The complexity or breadth of projects, products or teams will vary in this role, depending on the context. Project and programme management can be applied to a wide variety of change and transformation projects. The differences and skills often lie in the complexity (requirements, stakeholders, timelines, dependencies), budget size, and whether the project is part of our core offering or an extension of our work.
A senior project management role is expected to involve medium-high value, medium-high complexity change initiatives, and it will be performed by experienced and trained project managers.
