Style Advisor (Full & Part Time Positions)

We’re looking for full time or part time Style Advisors to join our retail team based at our flagship store on Oxford Street, London.

Reporting to store managers we’ll need you to remain relevant with the latest trends and be the driving force behind delivering a “first‑class” experience.

You’ll be the ultimate brand ambassador and our clients will be your primary focus.

You’ll inspire confidence whilst actively listening to our clients’ needs to provide considered product and styling options.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships through a personal approach.

You’ll have a strong sense of personal style and must be enthusiastic about luxury fashion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the face of the store, confidently greeting, assisting, and selling in a professional and consultative manner, championing our premium products.
  • Serve as a positive brand ambassador through behaviour and personal presentation, taking pride in adhering to dress code guidelines.
  • Create an engaging and emotional client experience, offering “first‑class service” and ensuring hospitality and interaction guidelines are followed.
  • Execute and achieve visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of ready‑to‑wear styling and wardrobe mastery to build baskets and meet AOV targets while upselling or cross‑selling to clients.
  • Continuously develop personal knowledge of each piece of the collection, covering fit, fabric, function, trims, and trend.
  • Develop a local and international client base, recruiting and growing the client network.
  • Honor store standards by treating the store as a showroom and respecting the product.
  • Build strong relationships with head office teams to encourage fluid communication.
  • Adhere to health and safety, anti‑loss policy and prevention measures.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2‑3 years of experience in fashion, art, or hospitality with a proven track record in delivering a world‑class one‑to‑one client experience.
  • Fashion expert with advanced knowledge of the industry.
  • Natural presence and hosting ability with an inspirational and charismatic character.
  • Strong work ethic, personal drive, and attention to detail.
  • Salary – Competitive
