As a Senior UX & CRO Executive, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the user experience across Manière De Voir’s digital platforms, ensuring that the customer journey is seamless, engaging, and optimised for conversions. You will collaborate closely with both our internal Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, and Creative teams, as well as external development teams, to create intuitive and high-performing digital experiences that drive business growth. Your expertise in UX design and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) will help refine the online shopping experience, increase sales, and improve customer satisfaction. UX Design & Research
- Lead user research through methods like surveys, usability testing, heatmaps, and analytics to identify pain points and growth opportunities in the customer journey.
- Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends to keep the brand's UX competitive and on the cutting edge.
- Ensure that the website’s UX design reflects the Manière De Voir brand, offering a seamless, visually appealing, and easy-to-navigate experience.
- Develop and execute CRO strategies to optimise the website’s performance, focusing on improving conversion rates and reducing drop-off points.
- Analyse website data using Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other relevant tools to identify critical areas for optimisation.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for key website elements such as landing pages, CTAs, and product pages to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
- Work very closely with external development teams to ensure that the UX and CRO improvements are technically feasible and align with the overall project goals.
- Liaise with developers to ensure smooth implementation of design updates, features, and A/B tests, ensuring these align with both user needs and business objectives.
- Provide clear and actionable UX design requirements for the external dev team, ensuring they are understood and delivered efficiently.
- Regularly communicate with developers to monitor project timelines, review progress, and make any adjustments necessary.
- Monitor website performance through key metrics and customer feedback, continuously refining the user experience and conversion rates.
- Provide UX insights and recommendations for future website and app enhancements based on performance data and user feedback.
You have 3+ years of experience in UX design, CRO, or a related digital field. You are proficient in UX tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, or Adobe XD and have experience with CRO platforms. You have strong data analysis skills, with experience using Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools for website analysis. You are a creative problem solver with an eye for design and a strategic approach to user experience.
