Role Overview
We’re looking for an agile Influencer Collaborations Assistant to help scale our creator and brand partnerships. You’ll research and source talent, liaise with influencers daily, coordinate gifting, and support content placement across channels—ensuring UGC and creator assets amplify our marketing presence and drive measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cohesive, ongoing research of influencers and collaboration opportunities across US/UK/EU/UAE (primary focus), mapping personas and tiers to campaign goals.
- Maintain an expert understanding of influencer marketing, audience personas, and platform best practices (TikTok/Instagram).
- Liaise with creators across social platforms; manage inboxes, track comms, and ensure speedy, professional replies.
- Generate content ideas for collaborations/campaigns; contribute to briefs and moodboards.
- Engage with comments on the posts across our social media channels.
- Partner with Shopify/Website, CRM, and external partners to ensure UGC/influencer assets are placed, tagged, and aligned with marketing calendars and product priorities.
- Coordinate and track gifting (product selection, dispatch, follow-ups, and performance).
- Monitor trends; proactively surface timely partnership opportunities and reactive content moments.

- Competent in Google Sheets/Excel; comfortable with CRM or influencer platforms.
- Understanding of usage rights, deliverables, and content approval flows.
