As Ecommerce Manager, you will own and drive the digital performance of Manière De Voir across website and app, leading the strategy and execution required to maximise revenue, enhance customer experience and support international growth across key regions.

You will take ownership of the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring customers can seamlessly discover, engage with and purchase products across all digital touchpoints. Combining customer insight with commercial thinking, you will identify opportunities to improve performance across acquisition, onsite experience, conversion and retention.

Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Buying, Merchandising, Creative and Operations teams, you will play a central role in shaping the digital customer experience and ensuring our ecommerce channels continue to scale effectively. This is a highly visible role with significant influence across the business, requiring both strategic thinking and strong execution capability.

The Day-to-Day

  • Own the ecommerce strategy and roadmap across website and app, aligning digital initiatives with wider business objectives and growth plans.
  • Drive online revenue growth and performance across key regions through data-led decision making and continuous optimisation.
  • Take ownership of the digital customer journey, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, conversion and retention across all stages of the purchase funnel.
  • Lead and continually improve product discoverability across website and app through navigation, search, filtering, categorisation, onsite merchandising and customer journey optimisation.
  • Own the ecommerce trading calendar, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, launches and key trading periods.
  • Work closely with Buying, Merchandising and Marketing teams to optimise product visibility, campaign performance and customer engagement.
  • Manage and prioritise the website and app development roadmap, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external development partners.
  • Lead testing and optimisation initiatives, implementing a structured approach to experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Establish reporting frameworks and own performance analysis across key ecommerce KPIs including revenue, conversion, customer behaviour, retention and regional performance.
  • Translate customer and performance insights into actionable initiatives that improve customer experience and commercial outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity to identify opportunities and maintain a best-in-class ecommerce experience.
  • Act as a key stakeholder across the business, influencing decisions and driving alignment across multiple teams.
