What Were Looking For
Previous experience in a Chef de Partie (or similar) role within a busy, high-quality kitchen
A genuine passion for cooking and a strong eye for detail
Confidence working in a fast-paced environment under pressure
Excellent communication skills and a strong team-focused attitude
Good command of English
Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
