About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Wyton. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong people leader who can drive operational performance, deliver excellent customer service and continuously improve processes within a fast-paced automotive environment.

As Service Delivery Manager, you will lead our administrative and loose items teams, ensuring we consistently meet customer expectations, deliver against service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Service Delivery team.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and communication.
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed deadlines.
  • Improve processes and systems to increase productivity and operational performance.
  • Manage workforce planning and resource requirements to meet customer demand.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments and management teams to achieve site objectives.
  • Support a positive culture of engagement, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and company policies.
