About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Compliance Coordinator to support our fast-paced vehicle operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our sites meet legislative, safety and compliance standards whilst helping keep our processes efficient and well-documented.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate compliance and health & safety activities across the site.
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly compliance workflows.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company standards.
- Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to uphold best practices.
- Help ensure facilities and operations meet legal and internal requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organised and self-motivated.
- Strong interest in compliance and health & safety.
- Confident working with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of legislation and ISO standards (preferred).
- Automotive or de-fleet experience is an advantage.
