About the Role

This is a front-line leadership role where you’ll take ownership of daily service delivery across key customer accounts. You’ll lead a small team, stay close to the operation, and work cross-functionally to ensure vehicles are processed efficiently and to a high standard. Just as importantly, you’ll look for ways to improve how things are done, not just maintain the status quo.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take ownership of daily service delivery, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
  • Act as the first point of contact for operational issues, resolving them quickly and effectively.
  • Lead, coach and develop your team to deliver strong, consistent performance.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and wider teams to keep workflows efficient and accurate.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity and overall site performance.
  • Support customer reviews, manage queries and maintain strong client relations.
