The Role

We\'re looking for a dynamic and ambitious
Executive Assistant

to work directly with Harry Handelsman (CEO) and support the wider team. This is not a traditional EA role - alongside managing Harry\'s diary and ensuring the office runs smoothly, you\'ll be deeply involved in
design meetings, procurement, and cultural programming across our buildings

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to the CEO, including diary, travel, and inbox management.

  • Act as gatekeeper and trusted liaison, handling confidential matters with discretion.

  • Attend design meetings, take minutes, and contribute ideas where possible.

  • Support procurement: sourcing furniture, finishes, and materials; liaising with designers and suppliers.

  • Curate and source events/brands to activate our buildings, leveraging your own network and building new connections.

  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across design, development, and communications.

  • Help oversee smooth day-to-day office operations and ad hoc administration.

About You

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to keep on top of details and pre-empt needs.

  • Experience as an EA or office administrator, ideally within a creative or design-led industry.

  • A genuine passion for design, interiors, and culture - with a sharp eye for style.

  • Excellent communication skills and confident dealing with high-profile individuals.

  • Naturally proactive, resourceful, and unflappable under pressure.
