Mangrove Global is a premium spirits importer and distributor with a portfolio of over 25+ brands that share one thing in common: they have a story to tell. From heritage distilleries to category-defining newcomers, we bring drinks with authenticity, craft, and commercial edge to the UK market.
With more than 100 routes to market spanning on-trade and off-trade, we give brands the infrastructure to grow. Our team of 30+ specialists, including bartenders, sales professionals, and brand experts, is united by a genuine passion for what they do. We've been doing this since 2006, and we're still learning.
We're looking for a Brand Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of premium spirits brands and help them punch above their weight in the UK market. This is a full-time, on-site role based in London.
You’ll sit at the centre of everything, shaping strategy, running activations, managing agency and PR relationships, and working closely with our sales team to turn brand equity into commercial results. No two days look the same, and the role rewards people who are organised, creative, and comfortable holding their own with a wide range of stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and executing marketing strategies that move the needle on awareness, trial, and rate of sale
- Planning and delivering brand activations, PR campaigns, and trade and consumer initiatives
- Working with the sales team to make sure marketing effort translates into commercial impact
- Managing budgets with care and being accountable for how they’re spent
- Tracking brand performance, market trends, and sales data to inform decisions and flag issues early
- Acting as the day‑to‑day contact for brand partners, building relationships built on trust and clear communication
- Running activations from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, whether in spirits, drinks, or another fast‑moving consumer industry
- A structured approach to managing multiple projects and priorities without dropping the ball
- Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels, and the diplomacy to navigate competing agendas
- Comfort working with budgets, data, and performance metrics
- An interest in premium spirits is a genuine plus, but not a dealbreaker
If you don’t tick every box but think this could be the right role for you, we’d still love to hear from you.
