For our store in Oxford Street, we are looking for a Multifunctional Sales Associate to join our team. 30 hours per week - fixed term - over 5 days, evening and weekends required.

The Multifunctional Sales Associate is responsible for ensuring the best customer experience, contributing to increasing store sales, and maintaining Mango's image and customer service standards, while also performing cashier duties and supporting stockroom operations.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer Experience Excellence: Provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive shopping experience that reflects Mango's brand values.
  • Sales Contribution: Actively contribute to increasing store sales by engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, and recommending products that meet their needs.
  • Cashier Duties: Efficiently handle cashier responsibilities, including processing transactions, managing returns and exchanges, and ensuring accurate cash handling and register balancing.
  • Stockroom Support: Assist in stockroom operations, including receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely distribution to the sales floor.
  • Image and Service Standards Maintenance: Uphold Mango's image and customer service standards, ensuring the store is well-presented and service delivery is consistent and professional.
  • Product Knowledge Utilization: Utilize product knowledge to assist customers effectively, highlighting key features and benefits to drive interest and sales.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the store team to support business objectives, sharing insights and feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
