You\’ll be joining Mango Above Bar, one of our independently owned bar & eateries in Southampton serving delicious Thai Tapas and original, exciting cocktails. Many of our team also work occasionally at our other venues.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a genuine interest in growing their bar knowledge and a passion for current trends.
The role:
You\’ll need to have experience on a busy bar, and have good knowledge of spirits, wine and cocktails. You\’ll be an all-round expert when it comes to creating and delivering a great customer experience and you\’ll be just as comfortable working with a tray as you are behind the bar. You\’ll support the day to day running of the bar, and you will be required to maintain the bar, making sure it\’s clean and presentable at all times.
You will need to be available for 2-3 shifts a week (approx hours), mainly on Friday and Saturday nights and if you\’re a student you must be available non-term time, throughout the summer, over the Christmas period + NYE . There is potential to increase hours bookings dependent.
Full time available for the right candidate.
