Job Description

Mobile Cleaner – Immediate Start

Location : Crewe / Bolton / Manchester / Northwest and surrounding areas

Hours : 8am – 4pm (Monday to Friday)

Hourly Pay : Β£10.41

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Our client is currently looking for an experienced cleaner based in Manchester, who has a FULL valid UK driving licence. The role has many benefits, and you would be working for a well-established Property management company based in the Northwest.

You would primarily be a lone worker, and you would be expected to attend several residential developments throughout the day and complete communal area cleans.

Responsibilities

  • Internal cleaning of lobbies, stairwells, and landings
  • Vacuuming
  • Mopping
  • Dusting
  • Rotate bins and clear loose rubbish
  • Check lighting and replace any failed bulbs
  • Report any maintenance issues
  • Uploading a form on to our in-house system using a mobile phone including pictures and notes of the visit, once the site and duties have been completed
  • Complete Health and Safety Checks

Required

  • Communications skills essential – written and spoken
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Team player with good work ethics
  • Excellent time keeping and a professional manner
  • Prepared to work with in house IT software (with training)
  • Loyal, trustworthy and ability to work on their own
  • Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
  • Knowledge of basic First Aid
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and safe lifting and handling procedures
