Job Description
Mobile Cleaner β Immediate Start
Location : Crewe / Bolton / Manchester / Northwest and surrounding areas
Hours : 8am β 4pm (Monday to Friday)
Hourly Pay : Β£10.41
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Our client is currently looking for an experienced cleaner based in Manchester, who has a FULL valid UK driving licence. The role has many benefits, and you would be working for a well-established Property management company based in the Northwest.
You would primarily be a lone worker, and you would be expected to attend several residential developments throughout the day and complete communal area cleans.
Responsibilities
- Internal cleaning of lobbies, stairwells, and landings
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Dusting
- Rotate bins and clear loose rubbish
- Check lighting and replace any failed bulbs
- Report any maintenance issues
- Uploading a form on to our in-house system using a mobile phone including pictures and notes of the visit, once the site and duties have been completed
- Complete Health and Safety Checks
Required
- Communications skills essential β written and spoken
- Excellent organisation skills
- Team player with good work ethics
- Excellent time keeping and a professional manner
- Prepared to work with in house IT software (with training)
- Loyal, trustworthy and ability to work on their own
- Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
- Knowledge of basic First Aid
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and safe lifting and handling procedures
