Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Chef De Partie to assist in a hotel based in Maidstone, Kent.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Managing your designated section with confidence and precision.
- Supervising and supporting junior chefs, offering guidance and on-the-job training.
- Maintaining excellent cleanliness and organisation within your section.
- Ensuring all dishes are cooked to order and delivered on time.
- Managing stock levels and ordering.
