The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
A confident and accurate Recruitment Payroll Administrator & Resourcer is required for a fast-paced and busy employment agency. Monday to Friday, 08:15 am to 5:00 pm, full-time, office-based.
Main Duties:
- Processing and calculations of a large weekly payroll.
- Database management.
- Use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Sage Payroll 50.
- DBS checks, cloud-based scanning, full administration duties.
- Interviewing candidates, social media management and responses.
- Telephone-based interviews, in-office interviews, audits, and visa checks.
No two days are ever the same. This position will teach you knowledge and skills that will remain with you for your lifetime. Salary package depends on the individual and previous experience with Sage Payroll.
If you have payroll or administrative experience in industries such as care and medical, construction, security, LGV drivers, office, catering, industrial, I.T, commercial office, or facilities management, this would be advantageous but not essential.
This is a busy, full-time, office-based position. Good teamwork skills are essential. You must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organizational skills from previous employment.
