Registered Nurse in Bromley

Mango Solutions is currently recruiting RGNs / Registered General Nurses to work in established care home on behalf of our client.

Pay rate £22 p/h

Hours: 33 hours per week, three consecutive day in a row and every other weekend

Job duties:

• 1. Patient Care: Assessing, planning, and providing nursing care for residents, including administering medications and treatments.
• 2. Health Monitoring: Regularly monitoring vital signs and observing residents for changes in health, reporting any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• 3. Care Planning: Developing and updating individual care plans in collaboration with other healthcare team members based on the needs and preferences of residents.
• 4. Documentation: Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of residents’ care, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• 5. Training and Supervision: Training care staff and providing guidance to ensure high standards of care are delivered consistently.
• 6. Communication: Communicating effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a team approach to care.
• 7. Infection Control: Implementing and following infection control guidelines to ensure the safety and health of residents.
• 8. Emergency Response: Being prepared to respond to medical emergencies according to protocols.
• 9. Support and Advocacy: Supporting residents’ dignity, rights, and choices, and acting as an advocate for their needs within the care home.
• 10. Quality Improvement: Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care environment and residents' quality of life.
