Mango Solutions is currently recruiting RGNs / Registered General Nurses to work in established care home on behalf of our client.

- Pay rate £22 p/h
- Hours: 33 hours per week, three consecutive day in a row and every other weekend
Job duties
- Patient Care: Assessing, planning, and providing nursing care for residents, including administering medications and treatments.
- Health Monitoring: Regularly monitoring vital signs and observing residents for changes in health, reporting any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Care Planning: Developing and updating individual care plans in collaboration with other healthcare team members based on the needs and preferences of residents.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of residents' care, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Training and Supervision: Training care staff and providing guidance to ensure high standards of care are delivered consistently.
- Communication: Communicating effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a team approach to care.
- Infection Control: Implementing and following infection control guidelines to ensure the safety and health of residents.
- Emergency Response: Being prepared to respond to medical emergencies according to protocols.
