We are a busy, well-established agency with 19 years of experience, located opposite Romford train station. We are seeking an Administrator & Recruitment Resourcer for three days a week, specifically on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment, possess accurate data input skills, and maintain a clear and professional telephone manner.
Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, from 8:15 am to 5:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break. This is a part-time position.
Additional duties include:
- Scanning documents and files
- Interviewing and registering candidates within our office
- Answering inbound calls
- Managing our recruitment database
- Handling spreadsheets and correspondence
- Following up on inbound job applications
- Booking candidates for registration
- Processing electronic applications
- Verifying references and IDs
The role is energetic, challenging, and involves multitasking, with no two days being the same. Previous experience in a fast-paced sales or recruitment environment is advantageous but not essential. Experience with database software is also preferred.
