Mango Solutions are looking for a Housekeeper Supervisor for an International Student House in Kennington, SE11.
Hours: 09:30am till 04:30pm on a rota basis, 6 days a week including weekends.
Duties:
- Overseeing staff performance on a daily basis.
- Checking all bedrooms, lakeside & woodland lodges (as per departure and arrival requirements), function rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness.
- Responding to customer complaints and special requests.
- Monitoring and replenishing linens, towels, toiletries and soft furnishings according to room décor and number of guests in residence.
- Monitoring and replenishing cleaning products including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, PPE requirements & sanitation policies.
