Role Summary

We’re hiring a Product Lead to own and drive our entire product function end to end. This role sets product direction, shapes the roadmap, and ensures new products move from insight to launch with clarity, discipline, and commercial sense. You’ll work closely with science, operations, marketing, and supply partners to turn ideas into products the business can confidently scale. This is a leadership role for someone who can balance innovation, execution, and trade-offs without losing sight of outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead product strategy and roadmap
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap across new launches, improvements, and portfolio evolution.
  • Translate market insight, customer needs, and business goals into clear product priorities.
  • Make trade-offs and sequencing decisions to keep the roadmap focused and realistic.
  • Drive innovation and concept development
  • Identify new product opportunities and category expansions.
  • Shape product concepts, positioning, and value propositions.
  • Pressure-test ideas early with cross-functional input before committing resources.
  • Own launch execution
  • Lead products from concept through launch and into post-launch optimization.
  • Run stage-gates, timelines, and readiness checks.
  • Surface risks early and drive decisions to keep launches on track.
  • Align cross-functional teams
  • Act as the central point of ownership for product decisions.
  • Ensure marketing, ops, supply, and science teams are aligned on priorities and expectations.
  • Keep communication clear as products move through development and launch.
  • Guide commercial and lifecycle decisions
  • Define pricing and pack-size logic in partnership with finance and operations.
  • Build and review business cases for new launches and major changes.
  • Drive post-launch improvements, cost-downs, and clean product sunsets.
  • Build and scale the product function
  • Establish ways of working, standards, and operating rhythm for product.
  • Improve decision quality and reduce friction as the portfolio grows.
  • Mentor and develop product talent as the function scales.

What We’re Looking For

  • Senior experience owning products end to end in a consumer, wellness, or regulated category.
  • Strong judgment balancing innovation, feasibility, and commercial impact.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional execution without relying on authority alone.
  • Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information.
  • Structured thinker who can simplify complexity and keep teams aligned.

What Success Looks Like

  • A clear, well-prioritized product roadmap the business understands.
  • Launches that happen on time with fewer last-minute issues.
