My client specialises in supplying products to the UK construction industry, via merchants and distributors, as well as directly to contractors.
Working as part of a dynamic field based team, you will focus on retaining, managing and growing your existing customer base, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Developing a partnership approach with customers, you will add value to relationships by supporting and encouraging their activities.
A background in selling products or services into the UK construction industry is essential to secure your success in this role.
With at least 2 years experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar, you will be used to dealing with technical aspects and sales of products.
This is a genuine opportunity to develop an existing role and really make it your own by forging and growing your own relationships and customer base.
The working environment is one of great autonomy requiring a proactive approach to managing the opportunities in the region.
