We're currently supporting Sunseeker International, one of the world's most recognised luxury yacht manufacturers, in expanding their skilled laminating teams at their Portland facility. Sunseeker yachts are designed, engineered and built in Dorset and exported globally. With continued demand and a strong production pipeline, they are seeking experienced Laminators to join on ongoing contracts within their composite manufacturing departments.
As a Composite Laminator at Sunseeker, you will play a key part in the build of Luxury yachts. Duties include:
- Hand lay-up laminating
- Preparing and maintaining production moulds
- Resin application and consolidation
- Working from technical drawings and build specifications
- Ensuring high-quality finish standards
- Following strict Health & Safety procedures
You will be working within an experienced composite team, contributing to vessels that are delivered to clients worldwide.
Experience
- Previous GRP laminating or composite experience
- Experience within marine, aerospace, automotive, motorsport or similar industries
- Strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of safe resin and material handling
