Mane are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor for a 6 month contract in Northern Ireland.
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team to meet performance and safety targets.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities (goods in/out, picking, dispatch)
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives
- Allocate workloads and manage shift performance
- Ensure stock accuracy and timely order fulfilment
- Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance
- Resolve operational issues and escalate where required
- Report on KPIs and productivity
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic IT skills (WMS/stock systems)
- Forklift licence (Counterbalance/Reach)
- Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or distribution
- Knowledge of inventory systems and reporting tools
