You will be responsible for assembling electrical products, including tasks such as using hand tools and power tools, soldering, and performing mechanical assembly. The technician will also be involved in quality control to ensure all products meet the company's high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electrical products using hand tools and power tools
  • Solder components and perform mechanical assembly
  • Follow engineering assembly drawings and instructions
  • Conduct quality control checks to verify product conformance to standards
  • Maintain attention to detail and follow precise instructions
  • Work independently or as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in reading and applying engineering assembly drawings and instructions
  • Proficiency with hand tools (spanners, screwdrivers, Allen keys) and power tools
  • Experience with soldering and mechanical assembly
  • Experience performing quality control checks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • Ability to work to high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in a similar manufacturing role is a plus

Hours

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday (7.00am to 4.00pm). Friday (7.00am to 11.15am). 5 to 10 hours of overtime available per week.
