We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Remedial Worker to join a growing team. This is a national role involving travel to customer and project sites across the UK, carrying out snagging, remedial works, steel erection, and on-site fabrication to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. The successful candidate will have strong experience within the steel industry, excellent awareness of site health and safety procedures, and the ability to work independently while communicating effectively with site teams and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out snagging and remedial works on structural steel projects across various sites nationwide.
  • Undertake on-site steel erection and fabrication activities.
  • Identify, report, and help resolve remedial issues to support successful project delivery.
  • Liaise with site teams, supervisors, and management regarding site progress and remedial requirements.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism on site.
