Mane Energy seeks a senior leader to own the Quality Engineering function, drive NPI process improvements, and align quality systems with business needs. This role leads a team of 10–15 Quality Engineers and collaborates across Engineering, Manufacturing, Programme Management and Supply Chain to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle.
Ideal candidates will have progressed from hands-on quality engineering to technical leadership, with a passion for developing people and improving.
