Role Overview
As an Automotive Mechanic, you will be responsible for engine-related mechanical work, including the removal and replacement of engines, oil pumps, and water pumps, ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer and quality standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Removal and replacement of vehicle engines
- Replacing oil pumps and water pumps to specification
- Diagnosing mechanical faults related to engine systems
- Stripping and rebuilding mechanical components as required
- Following manufacturer repair procedures and torque settings
