This is a varied and physical role where you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, preparing, and painting equipment ready for use on customer sites. What You'll Be Doing
- Cleaning and refurbishing safety barriers and equipment.
- Preparing surfaces and carrying out painting duties.
- Repairing and maintaining equipment to company standards.
- Handling and moving materials and equipment.
- Preparing orders and equipment kits for site delivery.
- Assisting with stock control and inventory management.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Supporting general warehouse and yard operations.
- Working safely and following company health and safety procedures at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a General Operative, Labourer, Warehouse Operative, Yard Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Production Operative, or similar role.
- Comfortable carrying out manual handling and physical work.
- Good practical skills and a hands-on approach.
- Reliable, hardworking, and punctual.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Commitment to health and safety.
Experience with painting, maintenance, construction materials, warehouse operations, or stock control would be advantageous but is not essential.
