We are looking for an experienced Facilities Management (FM) Transition Manager to coordinate the changeover between FM service providers within a manufacturing environment. This client-side position will ensure the transition is delivered smoothly, meets contractual obligations, and maintains uninterrupted site operations.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the FM transition process from start to finish
- Oversee mobilisation activities to ensure delivery against agreed plans and timelines
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure accountability throughout the transition
- Identify and resolve risks, issues, and service gaps
- Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and FM providers
- Implement effective governance, reporting, and escalation procedures
- Maintain continuity of manufacturing operations and minimise operational disruption
