We are currently recruiting for experienced Fabricator Welders to join a night shift team based in South Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy structural steel fabrication environment delivering high-quality components for major construction projects across the UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding structural steelwork to precise engineering specifications, ensuring all work meets required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Fabricate and assemble structural steel components including UB's, UC's, PFC's, and CHS's
  • Carry out cutting, grinding, and welding tasks to required standards
  • Operate fabrication machinery, hand tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively
  • Ensure all work meets dimensional accuracy and quality requirements
  • Operate lifting equipment including overhead cranes
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production targets
  • Follow all health & safety procedures and wear correct PPE at all times
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in structural steel fabrication is essential
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
  • Strong welding and metalworking skills
  • Fabrication/welding qualification preferred but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good understanding of workshop health & safety practices
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a strong team ethic
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
