Please note that this role is a contract for a minimum of 6 months with potential to be extended. We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Resident Liaison Officer to act as the key point of contact between residents, contractors, and project teams. You will play a vital role in ensuring residents are informed, supported, and satisfied throughout the life cycle of housing or construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for residents, addressing queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build positive relationships with residents to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate access to properties for inspections, surveys, and construction works.

Requirements
