Mane Energy seeks a senior leader to own the Quality Engineering function, drive NPI process improvements, and align quality systems with business needs. This role leads a team of 10–15 Quality Engineers and collaborates across Engineering, Manufacturing, Programme Management and Supply Chain to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle. Ideal candidates will have progressed from hands‑on quality engineering to technical leadership, with a passion for developing people and improving.
