Key Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC machines following technical specifications and work instructions.
• Load tooling and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate production.
• Conduct quality checks using measurement tools and take corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain high standards of workplace organisation and machine maintenance. across different machines and shifts as required.

What We\’re Looking For

• Proven experience in CNC Turning and Milling operations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings with knowledge of geometric tolerances.
• Competence in using various measurement tools and techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to quality control.
• Experience in aerospace or similar industries is advantageous.
• Apprenticeship qualification or equivalent hands‑on experience.
