Join a global manufacturing business and work on the electrical build of complex machinery. You'll assemble electrical systems and panels to high quality and ISO standards, support continuous improvement, and help mentor junior technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Build electrical systems, sub-assemblies, and control panels
- Work to BOMs, schematics, and customer specifications
- Fault-find and resolve build issues
- Report technical issues via FRACAS
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping (5S)
- Support and mentor junior team members
Essential Experience
- Electrical build experience (ideally complex or special-purpose machinery)
- Panel wiring and control panel build
- Ability to read electrical schematics
- Hands-on experience with: MCBs, contactors, relays, inverter drives and PLCs, crimping, soldering, and cable termination
- Strong attention to detail and fault-finding skills
Desirable Qualifications
- Electrical Engineering Apprenticeship
- 16th/17th Edition
- HNC/HND or City & Guilds in Electrical/Electronic Engineering

Hours of Work
This role operates on a rotating shift pattern:
- Day Shift: Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Friday: 8:00am - 1:00pm
- Early Shift: Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm, Friday: 6:00am - 11:00am
- Late Shift: Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm, Friday: 11:00am - 4:00pm
