We are looking for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join our team in South Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business within the structural steel industry, working on a variety of projects involving the fabrication and welding of steel components used in buildings, bridges, and industrial structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
  • Fabricating and assembling structural steel components including UB's, UC's, PFC's, and CHS's
  • Cutting, grinding, and welding to required standards
  • Operating fabrication machinery, hand tools, and overhead cranes safely
  • Ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality workmanship
  • Maintaining safe working practices and adhering to all H&S procedures

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in structural steel fabrication
  • Welding and metalworking experience
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Good understanding of workshop health & safety
  • Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player
  • Fabrication/welding qualification preferred but not essential
