The successful candidate will define and validate production methods, develop manufacturing instructions and tooling, and ensure all processes meet robust quality standards. They will also identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency, reliability, and overall operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production processes, including manufacturing instructions, stage drawings, and tooling requirements.
- Support the implementation of design changes and new product introductions.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes meet high-quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation, including instructions, stage drawings, and tooling records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production targets, timelines, and budgets are met.

- Recognised engineering qualification (minimum HNC).

- Experience with problem-solving tools (5 Why's, Ishikawa, 8D) and risk management (PFMEA) is advantageous.
