Internal Recruiter – Mane Contract Services
£35,000 - £45,000, plus performance related bonus.
Mane is looking for an ambitious Internal Recruiter to help grow our team of recruitment consultants and support professionals across the business. This is a key role for someone who enjoys identifying talent, building relationships and shaping the future of a successful technical recruitment organisation.
You will manage the full internal recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, supporting hiring managers and ensuring every candidate has a positive experience. You will recruit for consultant roles as well as operational, administrative and support positions, helping us attract people who share Mane’s values, drive and commitment to excellence.
