Start your career in the world-renowned superyacht industry with our partner, Sunseeker International. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a desire to learn and build a hands-on career in manufacturing. No previous experience is required, just a strong work ethic and willingness to develop new skills.
Based at our Portland Training School, you will receive full training in composite laminating techniques used in luxury yacht production. You will gain practical experience in:
- Fibreglass laminating and resin application
- Mould preparation and material handling
- Reading basic technical instructions and drawings
- Trimming, finishing, and quality checks
- Working safely with tools, materials, and PPE
