Trainee Composite Laminator – Training School (Portland) Start your career in the world-renowned superyacht industry with our partner, Sunseeker International.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a desire to learn and build a hands-on career in manufacturing.
No previous experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to develop new skills.
Based at our Portland Training School , you will receive full training in composite laminating techniques used in luxury yacht production.
You'll gain practical experience in: Fibreglass laminating and resin application Mould preparation and material handling Reading basic technical instructions and drawings Trimming, finishing, and quality checks Working safely with tools, materials, and PPE What we offer: Full training provided – no prior experience needed £12.71 per hour Monday to Friday working hours Clear career progression opportunities Successful candidates will be invited to attend an assessment day as part of the selection process.
