Monitor and report on production performance using agreed QCD metrics.
~ Identify and escalate any manufacturing performance issues promptly to the Cell Leader.
~ Foster a strong quality culture, ensuring both product quality and required paperwork are maintained.
~ Liaise with the Cell Leader regarding changes to manufacturing processes, batch travellers, or drawings.
