About Mane: At Mane, we work with industry leaders in Aerospace, MRO, Defence, Automotive & Motorsport, Mission Critical and Energy & Infrastructure, supporting projects like High Speed 2 and the creation of next-generation vehicles.

About the Role: We’re looking for an organised and proactive Support Administrator to support our day-to-day operations. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering the chance to get involved in everything from bookings to finance admin and general office support.

The Role: As a Support Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating travel bookings (flights, accommodation, etc.)
  • Raising purchase orders for accounts
  • Processing credit card returns
  • Managing expenses
  • Supporting general administrative tasks across the business

There may also be the opportunity to assist with compliance-related tasks and provide occasional support with payroll activities.
