We are looking for experienced Steel Erectors to join our team on a major cement plant project in Sheerness. This role involves the erection of approximately 350T of structural steelwork, including columns up to 18 metres in length. Candidates must be confident working on large-scale industrial steel erection projects and committed to maintaining high safety standards. Key Details: 10-hour shifts, 6 days per week Phase 1: Approx. 6 weeks (Phase 2 to commence shortly after) Immediate start available Competitive rates depending on experience and qualifications Responsibilities: Erecting, aligning, and bolting heavy steel columns and structures Working with columns up to 18m in length Reading and interpreting technical drawings and lift plans Ensuring all work is carried out in line with strict health & safety standards Coordinating with crane teams and site supervisors Requirements: Valid CSCS / NVQ Level 2 in Steel Erecting (essential) IPAF, CPCS/NPORS (Slinger/Signaller or Crane Supervisor beneficial) Proven experience in heavy steel erection and working at height
