Signal Processing Engineer
SALARY – UP TO £55,000
Location – Bristol

The role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Digital Signal Processing Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of waveforms and algorithms for weapons system products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Real-time digital signal processing systems
- Waveform design and implementation
- Waveform modelling
- System-level RF modelling
- Systems modelling and autocode generation
- Requirements management and systems design
- Providing technical leadership to junior engineers
What we want from you:
Ideally, you will have a degree in a STEM subject and a solid understanding of DSP algorithms at the systems level. You should have a strong background in signal processing throughout the entire product lifecycle. Experience with firmware coding for DSP systems is advantageous. Proficiency in Matlab and Simulink is required, and experience with C++ is desirable. You should be capable of working autonomously within a multi-skilled team, with a strong commitment to achieving project goals. Additionally, you should have experience conducting technical investigations, assessing problems, and proposing design solutions within an innovative culture.
