We are partnering with a well-established business in South Yorkshire to find a QA Administrator / Document Controller to champion their Quality Management System (QMS). In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure that all technical, project, and compliance documentation is perfectly controlled, tracked, and accessible. If you love structure, organization, and keeping projects moving seamlessly, this one is for you.
- Document Mastery: Managing the receipt, issuance, tracking, and electronic storage of controlled documents.
- Portal Management: Uploading, issuing, and tracking documentation through project Extranet and client portals.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Collating data for weekly/monthly reports and liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- QMS Support: Supporting document control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives in line with QA standards.
The Essentials:
- Proven experience in an administrative, document control, or quality administration role.
- Strong IT literacy (MS Office) and excellent written/verbal communication.
- Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple project deadlines.
- GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4 or equivalent).
The Niceties (Desirable but not dealbreakers):
- Experience within engineering, manufacturing, construction, steelwork, or industrial sectors.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or document management/Extranet platforms.
- Proficiency with PDF editing software.
