We’re looking for a highly organised Production Admin Support to join a growing team in South Yorkshire. This is a key role supporting both Production and QA teams, ensuring accurate documentation control, system updates, and smooth communication across departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and maintaining QA documentation
- Supporting production reporting and status updates
- Creating and updating work orders in StruMis
- Processing material certificates and traceability records
- Scanning, filing, and organising key documentation
- Supporting multiple departments with general admin duties
- Ensuring accurate data entry and system updates
What we’re looking for:
- Previous admin or document control experience
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)
- Experience with StruMis (advantageous)
