Based in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, this role involves leading the design, prototype assembly, and testing of photonics-based components, from initial concepts to more advanced stages (TRL4 to TRL7). You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, oversee prototype builds, and manage testing to verify compliance with specifications. The role also includes customer interaction, technical leadership, and responsibility for meeting project deadlines and budgets.
